Here is a quick post about an annoying little thing. :)
number 3- the elevation
This just really blew hard chunks because I do like to run. I tried to keep up with it as much as I could, but it seriously would wind me out when I was running. They say that it takes your body to get used to running in the elevation, but I never did feel like I was used to it. I would run and run and get so incredibly winded. I hated it.
Sometimes, if I ran really hard, I would get very slight nosebleeds. I've never really experienced those, so I hated wiping my nose during a run and seeing that.
Not to mention my lungs felt like they were going to explode, and that usually does not happen unless I have been on a really long run. They should not feel like they are going to explode after 2 minutes!!!
So that is that. Less than three weeks to go!
