already december??

wow where has the time really gone? well we had a great thanksgiving..only one thing. both of the girls were reallly sick! It absolutely broke my heart to see them soo miserable. I just cried silently and prayed for them to get better soon. It is now december 1st and they are doing a lot better. I have not done all of my christmas shopping and i am a little worried about it. but i already have in mind what i am getting everyone so it shouldn't be too difficult to do it. my schooling for this semester is almost over yay!!! a little sad because arthur and i still want to find more people to hang out with and really enjoy life without succumbing to drinking..of course we would never do that. I just don't understand how people cannot have a fun time without drinking. i am already crazy enough without that! it would so be fun! oh well. i am happy that i have gotten in touch and hung out a little with old friends. it feels good to reconnect. even if you guys aren't necessarily on the same page like before..it is so very sweet to remember the good old days. i hope that i have more time to spend with my babies..my babies that are growing up soo fast!

finally the weekend!

It has been pretty crazy this week. Been having ups and downs but everyone does. Especially since both Arthur and I are sick. WEll, not sick sick, but not really feeling well either. Luckily, the girls haven't caught any of it!! Yay! I am feeling a lot better though. Looking around for my girls' christmas dresses. And looking for stuff for our tree to decorate. The past two years they have had the stuff I want to decorate my tree with...only now..this year...they change it up..of course I didn't think they would have stuff alll the time. Oh well, at least last year I did buy quite a few of the things I wanted. Mainly the penguins ornaments. That was by far the biggest challenge. I seriously bought out over target store around here. My mother in law helped and so did my husband and myself. It was crazy. Because the year before I saw them and was like Maybe next time I come to target..well there never were anymore and of course all the other stores were sold out. That's why last year I stiked like a venomous cobra.protecting her young. I was swift but not soo much deadly. But this weekend should be fun. Claudia is going with grandma so that means maybe Arthur and I can go out this weekend!! Yay again!!! All is good.

November already?

Well, the months sure do go by fast. Especially when you have a wonderful husband and two adorable daughters to keep you on your toes! I didn't realize how close we are coming to Thanksgiving so I do need to get prepared for recipe searching..if anyone knows any good fairly easy things to make for Thanksgiving..I am all ears!!! I decided to have my own Thanksgiving because we are finally in a home!!! A realy home which is great. So many thanks to my wonderful mom. I shall explain later, but now I must go to sleep. night night
